With over 30 years in residential real estate, Cyriac Joseph has led sales, marketing, and strategic business units across some of Bangalore's most respected developers—including Brigade Group, Vaishnavi Group, DivyaSree, and Nitesh Estates.

His career spans the full real estate value chain—from home finance and project funding to mandate marketing and customer experience. He has consistently built high-performance teams, driven revenue transformation, and crafted go-to-market strategies that deliver results—anchored in a strong belief in getting the basics right and keeping it simple.

Cyriac has been recognised multiple times for his industry contributions: as Marketer of the Year at the Realty+ Conclave, CMO of the Year by the Times Business Awards, and twice listed among India's Most Influential Marketing Leaders.

At Genesis Crux, he anchors the firm's sales strategy, developer partnerships, and business growth, bringing insight, integrity, and deep market understanding to every mandate.

Shaji John M

Business Head – Sales & Operations

With over 21 years of cross-industry experience, Shaji John has built a reputation for channel leadership, sales transformation, and on-ground execution across leading real estate firms in Bangalore.

His career spans roles at Sobha Ltd., Brigade Enterprises, Karle Infra, Mahaveer Group, and earlier in background screening and insurance with First Advantage Corporation and ING Vysya Life.

At Genesis Crux, Shaji anchors sales operations, channel development, and business expansion—bringing his sharp operational mind, deep market network, and a quietly resilient leadership style to every mandate.

Y Sudheer Kumar

Director – Business Development & Strategy

A seasoned professional with over two decades of cross-industry experience across automobiles, banking, real estate, interiors, and hospitality, Sudheer Kumar brings both strategic depth and operational foresight to Genesis Crux.

He has held pivotal leadership roles at reputed institutions including Kinetic Honda, Yamaha Motors, Centurion Bank of Punjab, and HDFC Bank. At HDFC, he served as Regional Manager – Karnataka & Andhra Pradesh, overseeing both Corporate Salary Acquisition and Wealth Management portfolios.

In 2015, he founded Innca Studio, a turnkey interior design venture, and also serves as a Director at Chandrika Hotel.

At Genesis Crux, he plays a critical role in shaping the strategic direction and execution framework.

Syed Faisal Rizvi

Mentor & Strategic Advisor

A first-generation entrepreneur and respected community leader, Syed Faisal Rizvi brings over 25 years of multi-sectoral leadership to his mentoring role at Genesis Crux.

Since 1996, he has built and led ventures across real estate development, retail, education, hospitality, and social impact—with a notable track record of delivering over 40 lakh sq. ft. of quality affordable housing.

Faisal has held several key positions within CREDAI-Bengaluru, including serving as Chairman of the Labour Department Committee, Joint Secretary, and Governing Body Member since 2006. His contributions have been recognised by multiple Chief Ministers and the Home Minister of Karnataka, and he was also felicitated by the Honourable President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee, at Rashtrapati Bhawan in 2016.

At Genesis Crux, Faisal serves as a mentor and strategic guide, drawing on decades of entrepreneurial wisdom, civic leadership, and social consciousness to shape the firm's long-term vision and value system.

Venkatesh Babu A

Advisor – Finance & Compliance

A Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience, Venkatesh Babu brings deep financial acumen and operational insight to his role at Genesis Crux.

As the founder of Babu & Co., Chartered Accountants, he has led engagements across audit, taxation, financial systems, and incubation advisory—serving startups, mid-sized businesses, and professional enterprises with equal rigor.

His earlier career includes roles at reputed CA firms and a managerial stint at Vasavadatta Cements (B.K. Birla Group), where he handled audits, cash flows, reconciliations, and branch-level operations. A long-time partner at Guru & Jana, he also headed corporate accounting solutions and drove team development, IT systems, and client relationships.

At Genesis Crux, Babu anchors finance, compliance, and internal controls, contributing a strong backbone of transparency, financial discipline, and strategic clarity to the firm's growth journey.
